Ukiah Public Utilities is Mendocino County's only customer-owned utility. Your utility supplies electricity, water and wastewater treatment to Ukiah's 15,000 plus residents and businesses. Our primary purpose is to provide the citizens of Ukiah with reliable utility service at the lowest possible rate.

Ukiah Public Utilities is governed by the City Council. The City Council is responsible for determining policy for the utilities. The Director of Ukiah Public Utilities is responsible for all utility operations and reports to the City Manager. |
