Join the pumpkin paparazzi in Savings Bank’s Scarecrow City and see the creative ways local school children dress up and display their scarecrows. Every year the Savings Bank pairs local merchants and classrooms together to compete. Scarecrow City is on display Saturday & Sunday during PumpkinFest in front of the Savings Bank at 200 N.
