Ukiah Police Dispatch Unit

DispatcherThe Ukiah Police Department employs 10 full-time Dispatchers. The Dispatch Unit is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our Dispatchers handle a wide variety of calls for service including 9-1-1 calls within the City limits, Fire and Medical Aid, as well as calls for Police services. They are responsible for tracking the Officer's whereabouts and monitoring their safety. Dispatchers are trained to assess and prioritize each call they receive.
