The Planning and Community Development Department is comprised of four primary functions organized into two Divisions (Community Planning and Building Services), which collectively and interdependently provide planning and building services to the community. They are current planning, long range planning, building plans examination/inspection, and code compliance, and they provide specific services as follows.
