General Plan Workshop

We are in the process of updating the City’s General Plan. The General Plan is the blueprint that will guide the City’s future land use and resource decisions. To get community input on this important plan, we are holding two workshops (pick either Monday or Tuesday, both are the same) to get your comments and ideas. During these workshops, we will be asking for your input on the City’s future, especially future land use choices (alternatives). Where should future housing be located? How can we enhance our neighborhoods? Where will we shop in the future? These and other questions will be discussed at the workshops and the input received will be critical to designing a General Plan that meets the community’s needs.

Estamos en proceso de actualizar el Plan General de la Ciudad. El Plan General es la preparación que guiará las decisiones futuras del uso del terreno y recursos de la ciudad. Para obtener comentarios de la comunidad sobre este importante plan, estamos llevando a cabo dos talleres (elija el lunes o el martes, ambos son iguales) para recibir sus comentarios e ideas. Durante estos talleres, le pediremos su opinión sobre el futuro de la Ciudad, especialmente las futuras opciones del terreno disponible (alternativas). ¿Dónde deberían ubicarse las viviendas futuras? ¿Cómo podemos mejorar nuestros vecindarios? ¿Dónde compraremos en el futuro? Estas y otras preguntas se discutirán en los talleres y la información recibida será fundamental para diseñar un Plan General que satisfaga las necesidades de la comunidad.
